Tournament management platform for dance event organizers

Overview

eParkiet is a ready-to-use tournament management platform at eparkiet.com. Create your organizer account and start managing dance competitions with integrated payment processing and participant tracking.

Important: Stripe payment configuration is required before creating paid tournaments. This is not optional for any tournament that collects fees.

Getting Started

Organization Setup

  1. Create account at eparkiet.com
  2. Complete organization profile in Settings → General
  3. Add contact information and address

Stripe Payment Configuration

Configure Stripe before creating any paid tournaments:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Connect your Stripe account
  3. Complete Stripe verification process
  4. Test payment processing with a small transaction

Stripe is required for any paid tournaments.

Create Your First Tournament

  1. Navigate to Tournaments → New Tournament
  2. Set tournament date, venue, and basic information
  3. Configure categories and pricing
  4. Set registration deadlines
  5. Publish to start accepting registrations
