Ticket System Overview

The eParkiet ticket system manages all registrations and payments for your tournament. There are two primary types of tickets with different purposes and configurations.

Critical: Every tournament category must have a corresponding participant ticket to collect registrations and payments. Categories without tickets cannot accept participants.

Participant Tickets

Purpose: For tournament competitors who will participate in dance categories.

  • Must be linked to a specific tournament category

Creating Tournament Tickets

Access Ticket Management

Navigate to your tournament's ticket section:

  1. Go to Tournaments in main navigation
  2. Select your tournament
  3. Click Tickets tab
  4. Click Create Ticket or Add New Ticket

Configure Ticket Basics

Essential Information:
